Group Visit Form

Thank you for your interest in bringing your students to campus! We define a group visit as 10 or more students, usually accompanied by a chaperone, having membership to a specific group or organization.

• Group visits are offered Monday through Wednesday.
• Reservations for groups are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, and the Office of Admissions can accommodate up to 50 individuals per group.
• Group visits include an admissions information session, a guided walking tour of campus with a student tour guide, and the option to dine in one of our dining halls. You can expect to spend approximately 2-2.5 hours on campus.
• We are not able to accommodate elementary school or middle school groups. A self-guided tour option will be provided to those groups.
• Customized group experiences are available upon request for community-based organizations and college access groups. Please reach out to our Group Tours Coordinator, Renee Clauson-Rivera, at clausonriverar@uncw.edu or 910-962-2480 to learn more.

If you are interested in doing a self-guided tour and exploring campus at your own leisure with your group, please submit this online form to receive self-guided tour resources. Please note that should you register for a self-guided tour, this will not include an information session or a guided walking tour with a student tour guide.
