Undergraduate Application for Admission
Thank you for your interest in the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW). Please review admission and application requirements before completing the application.
If you are currently enrolled in high school, are an early-college high school student or a high school graduate who has not taken any college-level courses, you're considered a first-year undergraduate and must apply through Common App.
If you attended or are currently enrolled in community college or another university or have obtained a two-year or four-year degree from another college/ university, you're considered a transfer student and may continue using this application.

Applicants who claim to be a resident of North Carolina for tuition purposes must complete the residency process with the Residency Determination Service (RDS). Applicants will receive a Residency Certification Number (RCN) which should be entered onto your admissions application.
